The weighing system adopts a combination of coarse feeding driven by a variable frequency motor and fine feeding by a vibrating feeder on a synchronous belt. It is controlled by a PLC and features human-machine interaction through a touch screen. By monitoring the status of the equipment and setting necessary audible and visual alarm signals, it provides users with a complete system alarm and handling solution.
020-34563445The weighing process is a dynamic one. To accurately measure the weight of materials and bring it close to the standard value, it is necessary to approach the dynamic process towards a static or stable state. For this reason, the Weighing system divides the measurement process into two stages from both electrical control and mechanical structure aspects, namely the rough feeding stage and the fine feeding stage. The former ensures the speed of weighing, while the latter guarantees the accuracy of weighing. The weighing system mainly consists of a storage bin, a coarse feeding mechanism, a fine feeding mechanism, a weighing cylinder, a weighing module, a discharging mechanism, a PLC control system and a pneumatic system.
When the weighing system is in operation, the coarse and fine feeding mechanisms first add materials simultaneously. Based on the output signals of the weighing module, the PLC control system controls them respectively according to the set values of the weighing. When the weighing module reaches a certain value, the coarse feeding mechanism stops feeding, and the fine feeding mechanism continues to feed until the set value of the system is reached and then stops. The discharging mechanism flips the weighing cylinder and pours the material into the qualified receiving cup at the working position, completing a qualified weighing process. If the feeding mechanism adds materials beyond the tolerance, the discharging mechanism will automatically pour the weighed materials into the receiving cup of the unqualified station, and the system will give a prompt message. When the material level in the storage bin drops to a certain amount, the alarm will issue an audible and visual alarm to prompt the operator to add materials, ensuring the continuous operation of the automatic weighing system.
