In addition to meeting the performance indicators required by the weighing instrument, the selection of weighing sensors should try to use sensors with consistent output sensitivity and input impedance, and connect them correctly in the wiring compensation box. The wiring compensation box shall be installed near the weighing instrument in the metering room.

The weighing module realizes signal acquisition, processing, control and output based on digital intelligent module, industrial control computer and RS485 field bus, which constitutes a weighing system with high cost performance. The communication between on-site monitoring computer and management computer is realized by LAN. The software is programmed with VC++ by modular method.

The Corrugated Pipe weighing module adds digital conversion and even digital correction, digital filtering and digital compensation. Because the digital signal output replaces the original analog signal output, it overcomes many shortcomings of the traditional analog signal, such as easy interference and attenuation, and greatly improves the reliability of the weighing system.

Intrinsically Safe Weighing module is a device that can convert physical or chemical quantities into electrical signals that can be easily used. It can convert input variables into signals that can be measured, and sense the change of acceleration force. Acceleration force is the force that acts on an object during acceleration. All kinds of gravity changes such as shaking, falling, rising and falling can be converted into electrical signals by G-sensor, and then converted into electrical signals or other required forms of information output according to certain rules after calculation and analysis by microprocessor, so as to meet the requirements of information transmission and information output.

The output voltage signal of the Rotation weighing module is accumulated through the junction box and transmitted to the weighing instrument, which displays the material weight in the current weighing (reaction tank) in real time through A/D conversion.

The weighing module can be conveniently installed on containers of various shapes, and can be conveniently charged, mixed or mixed in this container. Through the combination of weighing sensor, instrument and control system. The system can achieve the weighing and metering of the tank, so as to control it. The weighing system mainly consists of multiple sensors, multi-channel junction boxes (including amplifiers), display instruments and multi-channel control signals.

The weighing sensor is stretched and thinned under the tension, and then the resistance increases, that is, the metal resistance changes with the strain. The weighing sensor is a conversion device used to convert the weight signal or pressure signal into the electric signal. The construction principle of the weighing sensor is that the metal resistance has the characteristic of blocking the current flow.

Weighing module is a new weighing unit which combines weighing sensor, load transmission device and installation connection device. It is not affected by installation conditions and environment. While ensuring the stability and accuracy of the sensor, it can avoid the risk of weighing errors caused by installation. Weighing module has gradually developed into network informatization, which has brought more convenience to human society and gradually integrated into modern life. It has the functions of data management, data processing and data operation.

The weighing module amplifies the weak analog signal output by the sensor by a certain multiple to meet the requirements of the A/D converter for the input signal level. The function of A/D conversion is to convert analog signals into digital signals, carry out analog-to-digital conversion, then send the digital signals to the display circuit, and finally display the measurement results by the display circuit.
