The batching weighing system is composed of a control computer, PLC, industrial weighing instrument, frequency converter, vibration motor, mixing machine, sensor, weighing screw conveyor, etc. Each hopper scale machine is equipped with a batching station. According to the number of daily storage bins, corresponding hopper scales are set up. Each hopper scale corresponds to a weighing instrument. Each daily storage bin is equipped with a hopper scale. One weighing screw conveyor feeds the materials in the daily storage bin into the hopper scale. When the weight set by the weighing instrument is reached, the feeding stops automatically and a discharge signal is sent. This signal enters the PLC system and is controlled by the PLC to discharge the weighing screw conveyor in the hopper scale. The feeding and weighing screw conveyor is controlled to start and stop by the weighing instrument and the PLC respectively.

The metering batching system consists of a central feeding hopper, loading and discharging valves, and control equipment. A flap is installed in the central feeding hopper to control the loading of the 1st and 2nd weighing hoppers. The material conveyed by the belt conveyor passes through the flap in the central feeding hopper and falls into the weighing hopper set at the lower limit. When the weight of the material in this weighing hopper reaches the upper limit (full), the weighing instrument of this hopper will output two signals to control the flap in the central feeding hopper to switch, transferring the material from the 1st weighing hopper to the 2nd weighing hopper.

Quantitative Batching system realizes intelligent and networked management of small material batching, so that finished products and raw materials can be traced in both directions, production decision-making and production control are seamlessly connected, production execution is improved, and real-time and accurate production data are used as the basis for managers' decision-making, so as to prevent the occurrence of quality accidents. Help customers to solve the dosage error prevention, improve dosage precision, quality traceability products, intuitive image, over the limit of the sound and light alarm prompts the application of bar code to effectively prevent the occurrence of the wrong raw materials raw material lot number bar code and finished product lot number bar code fixed in the bar code block can be reused.

The given batching system uses rotor pumps for feeding and automatic metering control. A weighing module is installed under the material tank to monitor the batching weight. When the added materials in the tank meet the formulation requirements, the feeding will be automatically stopped and the delivery will be automatically shut off. A closed-loop weighing system composed of a computer and a frequency converter speed regulator is used.

The weighing of the reaction tank is transmitted from the industrial computer in the control center to the electronic scale and PLC controller through the communication line, and the weight of each link is collected and displayed, and the fast feeding and slow feeding strategies are adopted in different weight stages to improve the efficiency and the measurement accuracy of the electronic scale. When the ingredients reach the target value, the output stop measurement signal, and the related valves and pumps are closed by PLC control. At the same time, the action of unloading the reactor is completed, and the measuring instrument is automatically zeroed and peeled.

The hazardous waste weighing system provides a human-machine interface to complete functions such as inputting control information, data management, displaying data, storing, statistics, and generating reports. The industrial control computer inputs the weight of the ingredients through the host keyboard, and based on the ratio of raw materials, generates the weights of various materials. These weights are then transmitted to the PLC through communication. During the ingredient mixing process, real-time dynamic monitoring is carried out. The detection signals and other switch quantities sent by each slave machine and the control system are collected at regular intervals, and the weight signals of each material are collected in real time and compared with the given signals to determine the next control scheme. At the same time, the weight signals are transmitted to the upper computer.

The refrigerant weighing system revolutionizes refrigerant charging in refrigeration systems and heat pumps by automatically and precisely charging refrigerant by setting overheating, undercooling and weight with the help of intelligent solenoid valves. It can be automatically filled with refrigerant and controlled by solenoid valve. Compatible with most non-corrosive refrigerants, water and ethylene glycol, but not with refrigerants containing ammonia. When charging refrigerant, an evaporation adapter must be used to protect the compressor or limit the flow through the refrigerant meter.

In the Conveying weighing system, different materials are transported to each hopper scale by the conveying system. When the weighing signal is sent out, the material is quickly discharged to the hopper at a faster speed. The weighing sensor transmits the weight information to the controller. The actual rate is compared with the set rate, the offset from the set point is automatically corrected by adjusting the feeder rate, and the screw conveyor and outlet gate valve are stopped immediately before the target weight is reached.

Weighing control system in enterprises often encounter liquid ingredients, mixed according to a certain proportion of the ingredients weighing control. The weight detection is controlled by the pressure weighing module, the output voltage range is between 0 and 21.6mV, the output resistance is controlled at 351 by the A/D conversion mode, and the signal required by the batchings is amplified 50 times by the AD623 chip. The design of the data conversion function module is to convert the data calculated by PLC through the inverter and control the speed of the blanking motor. The parameter module converts the relevant power, current and efficiency data through 485 interface when the motor is running, and transmits it to the host computer and PLC system.
