Metering feeding equipment collection storage body, conveying body, weighing dosing body, dust removal body, material mix and other equipment, dosing according to the characteristics of the industry, reasonable selection of "zero method" or "reduction method" weighing methods, according to the actual need to adjust the spiral speed, so as to achieve normal dosing. After measuring by electronic balance, it enters the feed tank of spiral pneumatic conveying, and pushes forward into the mixing tank through the spiral mechanism.

The new error-proofing mechanism and weighing system adopted in the feeding equipment greatly improves the product quality and efficiency of the production batching. The whole process control system makes the whole production process control, production plan management, material management, quality tracking management in one, and really realizes the control in one, which plays an important role in enhancing the management level, improving the product quality and maintaining the product stability, and it is more convenient for the customers to remotely monitor the inventory of the production factory and the production equipment and other related information across the regions, provinces and countries.

Measuring and batching equipment from the classic PID regulation, feedback, feed-forward loop control gradually developed to batch control, centralized control, object-oriented optimization control, artificial intelligence control gradually developed to multi-parameter multi-objective control, its correction, compensation, algorithms more and more to do a lot of detailed and accurate, and is particularly important.

The Reduction automatic batching system is a secondary batching system, which controls the amount of material by adjusting the speed of the scale, and the disc feeder and spiral scale are installed in other warehouses, and the spiral weighing value is used to control the speed of the disc to control the amount of material. All the selected silos are sequentially fed onto the same screw in the way of material line tracking, transported by pipeline conveyor, mixed with water, mixed with two mixed granulation to the mixing tank of the batching machine.
