Mobile Explosion-proof electronic scale refers to the static input signal, the output and the input quantity of the mutual relationship between. That is, the static characteristics of the sensor can be used as a time-varying algebraic equations, or to the input as the horizontal coordinates of the corresponding output as the vertical coordinates of the characteristics of the curve drawn to describe. The main parameters that characterize the static characteristics of the sensor are: linearity, sensitivity, hysteresis, repeatability, drift, etc.

Intrinsically Safe Explosion-proof electronic scales are tools for determining the mass of an object using Hooke's law or the leverage principle of force. When an object is placed on the scale, pressure is applied to the weighing module, and the load cell undergoes deformation, which results in a change in impedance, and at the same time a change in excitation voltage is used to output a variable analog signal. The signal is amplified by an amplifier circuit and output to an analog-to-digital converter. The signal is converted into a digital signal for easy processing and output to the CPU for arithmetic control. the CPU outputs this result to the display according to the keyboard commands as well as the program until this result is displayed. Existing electronic scales are generally independent, i.e., signal acquisition, processing and display of results are all realized in a single module, and communication with the outside is not possible, i.e., they cannot be used in conjunction with an external system.

Hydraulic plate Explosion-proof electronic scales used in production, processing, transportation and storage of various processes, in the petroleum, chemical, coal, national defense and many other industrial sectors, often may leak or overflow a variety of flammable and explosive gases, liquids and a variety of dust and fibers. These substances mixed with air, may become a mixture of explosive hazards, when the concentration of the mixture reaches the explosive concentration range, once the source of ignition that will cause an explosion and fire and other serious accidents. All electrical equipment used in such hazardous environments must be certified by an organization as having explosion-proof performance.

Wireless Explosion-proof electronic scale mainly displays multiple sensors and weighing instruments and outputs multi-stage control signals. Users can directly access PLC raw material system and terminal control system to realize multi-stage control and automatic control. According to the pre-determined formula, all kinds of different raw materials are mixed proportionally. In order to improve the accuracy and speed of dosage, to ensure the quality of the products and to increase the output, the microcomputer control technology is adopted.

Foundation pit Explosion-proof electronic scales are connected to the computer for centralized control and all information is monitored by the upper management computer through the communication network to achieve optimal control. The whole weighing device has the advantages of decentralized monitoring of weighing instruments and centralized monitoring of computers, which not only realizes the centralization of management, operation and display, but also the decentralization of functions, loads and dangers. Based on the new generation of communication technology, management concept, industry characteristics of mineral production and sales, and the idea of precise management, the explosion-proof electronic scale realizes the goal of decentralized weighing in the weighing room within the cross-region range, centralized management by the weigher, prevention of cheating, and solves the problem of weighing management.

To achieve networked production management, the Vertical pole explosion-proof electronic scale needs to carry out structural stratification, including management layer, control layer, and equipment layer. The central switch is connected to the control network at the next level to monitor the entire control system, extract production data, and analyze reports. The control layer (composed of engineers and operators) can realize the programming, data analysis and storage of the entire control system; The equipment layer (production site) includes weighing instrument, 1/0 module and fieldbus, etc. The acquisition and conversion of various signals are completed by weighing instrument and 1/0 module, and the controller realizes the processing of logic control loop. The control mode after the weighing instrument is used as the core of the entire control system.

The conveyor belt electronic scale is composed of a weighing module, a motor, a frequency converter and a control system. The conveyor belt and the belt conveyor are both driven by frequency conversion motors. The conveyor belt operates continuously, and a lever device is installed under the belt. When the materials on the belt pass over the bearing surface of the lever device, they will exert a certain pressure on the bearing surface. This pressure is transmitted to the weighing sensor through the lever device, and the control device amplifies and processes the weight pressure signal sensed by the weighing sensor and displays it in digital form.
