Automatic Liquid filling machine using open bus, field information acquisition, weighing system communication adopted automated filling system, project management, processing, archiving and establishment of documents. With humanized man-machine interface, provide convenience and also have a variety of protection functions, the user can set personalized working parameters according to the actual needs of the user can be set directly into the working state. Simple and convenient operation, no need to wait for restart and other complex operations.

Liquid canning machine adopts configuration software to monitor the interface design, can quickly component and generate the upper computer monitoring system, through the screen real-time display of the current filling quality, filling barrels and other field work status, the upper computer can carry out the corresponding operation, through the interface for the choice of filling mode and start, stop and other buttons operation. It can change the filling quality and number of barrels and manually remove the tare weight (i.e., the quality of the filling barrels) when using different filling barrels.

In order to realize the above monitoring requirements, the automatic canning machine adopts Haniwa effect and fast flow attribute setting in the monitoring interface design to simulate the dynamic filling process, and realizes manual/automatic selection, starting, stopping, emergency stopping and manually opening the pump solenoid valve by adding the standard buttons, and realizes real-time display of the filling quality setting, the number of bottles to be filled, and the display of the number of barrels to be filled, etc. through the setting of display and output attributes of the labels. The configuration monitoring screen completes the monitoring of the operation status of the filling system.

The Liquid weighing and filling machines ensure the quality of the product by means of a double flow filling with fully automatic filling quality control at the end of each filling cycle. It can be fully automated and safely integrated into an automatic conveyor line, while the configuration control, i.e. the data acquisition, manages the filling equipment and the process by issuing commands.

Measurement Explosion-proof filling machine can fully realize the management automation of each phase of business link in oil depot and chemical industry, and carry out automated monitoring for each work link of users, so as to assist the management personnel of users to carry out business processing more efficiently and accurately. Based on the LAN environment, through the unified monitoring interface, it automatically collects the dynamic data of each monitoring environment, and forms various reports (such as oil payment report, unpaid oil report, yearly, monthly, daily report, etc.) and detailed tables based on these monitoring data, which is convenient for business statistics and inquiries.

Gasse Automatic filling machine based on industrial control computer and RS485 field bus to achieve the signal acquisition, processing, control and output, constitutes a cost-effective weighing system; the use of local area network to achieve the field monitoring computer and management computer communication; weighing software using modular approach using VC + + compilation. The actual operation shows that the system is reliable, easy to maintain and use, friendly man-machine interface, and has good control effect.

The automated filling machine adopts RS232 interface to connect the touch screen and PLC through communication cable, the remote touch screen (HMIA) and local touch screen (HMIB) are connected through Ethernet, both of them can display the instrument data and equipment status, and both of them can control the automatic filling machine. The upper computer completes the configuration and debugging of the weighing system, the online correction of the detection parameters and the setting of the control parameters, and also realizes the collection of the production data, the generation and printing of the report, the alarm of the abnormal signals and the network release of the information of the production site and other functions.
