The weighing reduction machine measures the change in weight obtained per unit time by using the weighing module. The change in weight is based on the actual feeding rate of the screw conveyor. The weighing hopper and the screw mechanism are regarded as the entire scale body. The weight signal of the scale body is continuously sampled by the weighing instrument or the upper computer, and the change rate of weight per unit time is calculated as the instantaneous flow rate. Then, through various software and hardware filtering techniques, the "actual flow" that can be used as the control object is obtained.
Weighing reduction machine
The weighing reduction machine controls the speed of the discharge screw conveyor based on the rate of weight reduction of the material in the weighing hopper to achieve the purpose of quantitative feeding. When the material in the weighing hopper reaches the lower limit of weighing, the discharge screw conveyor fixes the discharge volume according to the current speed and simultaneously controls the material in the silo to quickly drop into the weighing hopper. When the material is loaded to the upper limit of the scale, the loading stops. Rapid loading can shorten the feeding time, improve the accuracy of weighing and control precision. Through the fixed-value control of material quantities at each stage, automatic batching control and the collection and transmission of a series of signals are achieved during the production process, thus realizing precise control of feeding.
Speed Control Scale
The electronic speed control scale uses an electronic control device to achieve dynamic quantitative weighing of powder and granular materials. When the auger motor is started, the powder and granular materials in the corresponding silo will rotate with the rotating mechanism of the spiral feeding device and enter the hopper. There are three strain-type weighing modules installed between the hopper and the weighing frame. The weight of the hopper is directly converted into an electrical signal by the weighing sensor group and sent to the electronic control device. When the set weight value is reached, the auger motor is turned off to stop feeding, and the hopper door is opened to discharge the material, thus completing a dynamic weighing and feeding process.
Weighing Screw System
The weighing screw system is composed of a driving part, a double-layer screw stirrer, a U-shaped barrel and a weighing module. The rotation direction pushes the material from both ends to the middle, and the inner screw pushes the material from the middle to both ends. The different angles and directions of the screw belt wind the material in different flow directions, and the material is rapidly mixed through continuous convection circulation and shear mixing. Pneumatic gate valve is set up in the center of the bottom of the horizontal cylinder, and the spiral structure of the outer spiral belt with the rotation direction of the main shaft drives the material inside the cylinder wall to the central outlet. The pneumatic gate valve is designed to control the lead amount of the end feed, so as to reduce the impact of the drop on the batching accuracy and keep the actual batching value within the error range.
Screw batching system
The screw batcher system realizes serial communication based on Visual Basic development environment, the data of weighing instrument is sent to the host computer in real time through serial port, and the host computer will intercept and convert the data read, and the weighing data can be displayed in the VB running screen in real time. At the same time, the weighing data can be stored in the database. It is easy to query and trace the data, which not only facilitates the supervision of the weighing process, but also restricts the operation of workers.
Automatic screw batching system
The automatic spiral batching system measures the entire feeding system using static scales and controls the discharge flow of granular materials through variable-speed motors or electro-hydraulic vibration machines. The materials are discharged from the system and compared with the required feeding quantity (pre-set value) based on the "weight loss" measured per unit time. The difference between the actual (measured) flow and the expected (pre-set) flow will trigger a correction signal in the feeding controller, which can automatically adjust the feeding speed to maintain an accurate feeding volume without process lag.
Weighing screw transmission system
The Transmission spiral weighing system is composed of a driving part, a stirrer, a circular barrel, a high-speed flying knife and a weighing module. In addition to the axial dispersion of the material at high speed, the plow head of the agitator can also drive the material to flow in a circle along the circular simplified, effectively solving the problem of material stratification, and the high-speed flying knife in the middle can assist mixing and disperse and depolymerize the aggregate material. The material can be evenly weighed and mixed in a short time under the double action of plow head and throwing knife.
