Ground balance Electronic scales with patented utility model technology, weighing scales for use in environments with explosive gases or explosive dusts. Explosion-proof electronic scales use isolation, voltage reduction, current limitation, sealing and fiber-optic communication technologies to eliminate or isolate the links in the system that may generate sources of explosion (electrical short-circuit sparks, electrostatic friction sparks, high-temperature energy concentration, etc.), so as to achieve the purpose of electronic scales to be used in environments where there is a risk of explosion. Carbon steel structure, electronic scales with optional ramp and stainless steel weighing pan. It can be fitted with a remote display, connected to a computer or with a printer to print the data (for use in non-explosion-proof areas).

The Formula electronic scale comes with an RS-485 (MODBUS-RTU) interface, while the serial communication port of the PC is an RS-232C interface, and the two need to communicate with each other through the SC-09 adapter cable. Electronic scales use the RS-232C standard to transmit signals using the voltage difference between the signal line and the common ground, a unidirectional transmission method; the RS-485 standard uses the voltage difference between the signals of the transmission line to transmit, a differential transmission method. the SC-09 cable realizes the conversion between these two different signal transmission methods.

The folding electronic floor scale mainly consists of two parts: the scale body and the weighing control system. The scale body part is composed of a storage bin, feeding and loading, weighing hopper, etc. The floor scale control system is composed of a scale platform, weighing sensors, weighing instruments and control actuating elements, equipped with photoelectric position sensors and solenoid valve drive cylinders, etc. Its function is to detect the weight of moving items in real time. By comparing the directly set target value with the actual measured value, when the weighing controller of each floor scale production line is set up and the electronic scale is started to run, It can achieve automatic weighing, measurement and control of materials.

Cloud computing Explosion-proof electronic scales integrated application data weighing management system, the use of mobile Internet, Internet of Things, big data and cloud computing and other related technologies and the establishment of the cloud service platform serving the whole process of production and sales. To create the whole process from product production, manufacturing environment, logistics and transportation, terminal sales and other regulatory embodiment. Adopting modular real-time monitoring instrument hardware and utilizing the powerful function of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), it realizes full-automatic control of the production process of fluid back-channel packaging, "Weighing and measuring system monitoring", "Automatic control of stacking unit", "Recording and storing of production data", and "Networking with the upper computer for 485 or TCPIP communication and data transmission".

Touch Screen Explosion-proof electronic scale has man-machine interaction, communication, display and storage, printing and other functions, and has data, graphic display, status monitoring, data input, information storage and other functional screens related to operations. Real-time process data monitoring, simulated display of process flow, real-time data record review, operator authority setting, process parameter setting, event alarm setting during operation and manual and automatic control switching. Monitoring system in the field control weighing instrument real-time display flow, load, cumulative value, temperature and so on. Temperature indication through the field temperature display instrument, pressure indication through the field pressure and motor through the field display instrument remote to the central control room centralized display.

Touch screen Explosion-proof floor scale is weighed or loaded on the scale platform, under the action of gravity, the scale platform will gravity transfer to the load cell, resulting in deformation of the elastomer attached to the load cell, then the elastomer strain beam on the strain resistor and the bridge circuit to lose equilibrium, the output is proportional to the weight value of the electrical signals, the linear amplifier will amplify the signals, and then converted to digital signals by the A/D conversion of the weight instrumentation within the microprocessor to process the weight signal and directly display the number of weight. The microprocessor in the weighing instrument processes the weight signal and displays the weight directly. With the configuration of a printer, the weighing data can be printed; with the configuration of a computer, the weighing data can be directly input into the weighing management system for comprehensive management.

Mobile Explosion-proof electronic scale refers to the static input signal, the output and the input quantity of the mutual relationship between. That is, the static characteristics of the sensor can be used as a time-varying algebraic equations, or to the input as the horizontal coordinates of the corresponding output as the vertical coordinates of the characteristics of the curve drawn to describe. The main parameters that characterize the static characteristics of the sensor are: linearity, sensitivity, hysteresis, repeatability, drift, etc.

Intrinsically Safe Explosion-proof electronic scales are tools for determining the mass of an object using Hooke's law or the leverage principle of force. When an object is placed on the scale, pressure is applied to the weighing module, and the load cell undergoes deformation, which results in a change in impedance, and at the same time a change in excitation voltage is used to output a variable analog signal. The signal is amplified by an amplifier circuit and output to an analog-to-digital converter. The signal is converted into a digital signal for easy processing and output to the CPU for arithmetic control. the CPU outputs this result to the display according to the keyboard commands as well as the program until this result is displayed. Existing electronic scales are generally independent, i.e., signal acquisition, processing and display of results are all realized in a single module, and communication with the outside is not possible, i.e., they cannot be used in conjunction with an external system.

Electronic scales are usually used for batch mixing of more than two kinds of raw materials in proportion, and programmed to make the batch mixing do continuous action, so as to achieve the uniformity of the mixing ratio performance. The human-machine interface is used to input the corresponding proportioning parameters, and the signals from each scale are transmitted to the weighing instrument through the load cell, which then converts the signals and connects them to the central controller, which controls the dosing time and amount of each material according to the real-time data from each weighing unit in combination with the set recipes.
