Batching and weighing system

According to the number of daily storage bins, corresponding hopper scales are set up. Each hopper scale corresponds to a weighing instrument. Each daily storage bin is equipped with a hopper scale. One weighing screw conveyor feeds the materials in the daily storage bin into the hopper scale. When the weight set by the weighing instrument is reached, the feeding stops automatically and a discharge signal is sent. This signal enters the PLC system and is controlled by the PLC to discharge the weighing screw conveyor in the hopper scale. The human-machine interface monitoring software uses the leading configuration software "GroupWise" in the domestic industrial control field, which has the advantages of good openness, facilitating user maintenance and secondary development. All process control data and equipment operation status of the system can be centrally managed, recorded in real time, and printed and consulted at any time. The structure and function of the feeding system consist of a computer, a cabinet and peripheral equipment. The control unit of the feeding system mainly consists of a 10-inch touch screen (equivalent to 10 weighing instruments), and the PLC serves as an auxiliary control system. The computer human-machine interface displays the ratio parameters (formula) and monitors and records real-time data. In the automatic control mode, by clicking the "start" button for automatic feeding on the screen or the "start" button on the control cabinet, the weighing instrument will open the feeding valves of 10 scales according to the preset formula. If the system detects that the feeding valve of a certain scale is not closed, an alarm will occur and the system will enter a suspended state.

Then, send the weights detected by the weighing instrument to the PLC. Finally, control the fast addition door, slow addition door and discharge door through the PLC to send the weighed raw materials into the mixing and stirring chamber. The mixing and stirring part consists of a mixing tank. Set the stirring time on the MCGS monitoring interface of the upper computer. Control the motor to rotate forward through the PLC, stir the various raw materials evenly, and then control the motor to rotate backward through the PLC to send the mixed material into the quantitative packaging chamber. The PLC system can set the fast addition amount, slow addition amount and target amount of multiple raw material chambers, as well as the stirring time, discharge time and total number of weighing tanks, etc. 

The production process requires that the system be able to combine and mix various materials arbitrarily based on different raw material formulas, such as ordinary formula and medium-strength formula, and it demands accurate and reliable weighing and control. The batching control system mainly consists of multiple storage bins, multiple discharge bins (corresponding to multiple batching scales), a screw transportation weighing and weighing material bin (equipped with 3 Weighing modules for weighing and detection), one PLC, one frequency converter VF, two heavy-duty batching controllers, two vibration and digging devices, and some input and output devices necessary for automatic control. Its core is the PLC. It represents three AC asynchronous motors, namely the screw motor of the weighing bin, the precise positioning motor, and the discharge door motor. 

The ingredient system takes material 1 as an example. First, the material formula is input into the weighing system. Through devices such as PLC, VF and proximity switches, the operation of the weighing bin is automatically controlled. When the weighing bin reaches the material storage position, it automatically stops. After precise positioning, the shoulder electric vibrating Feeder discharges the material. The discharging speed is fast at first and then slows down, and it automatically switches. The material flows into the weighing hopper of the discharging bin. When the weighing value reaches the set value, the weighing system sends a switch signal. The vibrating feeder automatically cuts off power and stops discharging. Then, through PLC control, the weighing bin operates automatically and is precisely positioned at the selected discharge port. After precise positioning, the discharge door of the weighing bin opens, and the weighed material is placed in the discharging bin or directly placed in the corresponding ingredient scale. Then, the discharge door is closed. This completes the ingredient of one material. If the formula consists of multiple materials, it should be operated in the above sequence multiple times. When using the "manual" method for ingredient, there is no need to input the formula into the weighing system. At this time, the weighing system ingredient controller only serves as a weighing display instrument and can be directly controlled by relevant buttons and PLC to control the fast, slow discharging and stopping of the vibrating feeder. The operation mode of the weighing bin still uses automatic.
