The Explosion-proof weighing platform is composed of an industrial control computer, PLC, electronic platform, frequency converter, vibration motor, mixer, conveyor, etc. It uses a programmable controller that integrates both analog and digital quantities. When the weighing system collects the flow signal and converts it into an electrical signal, it sends it to the programmable controller. The programmable controller, according to the user's requirements, completes the corresponding operations and is responsible for receiving and storing the materials; the distribution and mixing of different materials; and distributing them to intermittent or continuous batching hoppers.

The explosion-proof weighing platform is a complete set of automated equipment that realizes dynamic weighing and batching control through electrical control management and visual human-machine software configuration. The electrical control part of the Weighing system uses Siemens PLC, which is programmed and controlled according to production requirements; the software adopts human-machine configuration, and through the monitoring system and PLC program, it controls the weight and flow of the materials loaded into the weighing hopper, thereby achieving precise measurement and batching. The weighing platform system has strong stability and high cost performance, and can provide accurate measurement data and control means for various industrial sites' production control and management.

The feeding weighing platform system adopts a master-slave structure. The industrial control computer serves as the upper host, and Siemens PLC, frequency converters, and weighing instruments serve as the lower slave machines. The host is in a dominant position, realizing communication management and control of each slave machine, connecting the RS-232 asynchronous communication port of the industrial control computer through level conversion to the PLC, forming a physical channel for communication between the upper and lower hosts; connecting the other RS-232 port of the host and the communication port of the weighing instrument to form a second physical channel. The PLC uses polling mode, communicating with the slave stations one by one. The weighing instrument transmits the results of task planning to the PLC, and during the PLC's control process, it monitors the operation status and data area content of the lower machine in real time and displays the real-time data of the weighing instrument on the PLC.

The explosion-proof weighing platform completes application functions related to execution and display, production control, user applications, diagnosis, and configuration. It can control the batching process according to the configured control scheme and complete functions such as data collection and information transmission. Software such as monitoring software, process control software, and operation management software are developed using software developed with the PLC system's configurator, report configurator, etc. Through this interface, one can comprehensively grasp the operation status of each equipment and system alarm information in the entire batching process, and can switch to other interfaces to complete corresponding functions. An intelligent optimization setting software is developed using the PLC system's built-in C language compiler. In this case, a screen is provided for calculating the set values of the process control loop based on the preset mode when the raw material composition is known. This screen allows input of data such as raw material composition content and index settings, and clicking the "Confirm" button, the system automatically calculates the initial set values of the loop. This screen is for correcting the set values using the intelligent correction mode when the raw material composition fluctuates. After inputting the actual values of current indicators and predicted values (i.e., set values) and other data in this screen, clicking the "Expert Correction" button, the system automatically provides new set values for the loop.
