The weighing and feeding system will also be composed of an upper computer - industrial computer, a lower computer -PLC programmable controller, powder batching, liquid batching, micro-feeding and control system, etc. This weighing and batching control system is an automatic weighing system that uses vacuum feeding, quantitative feeding by the feeding screw, automatic weighing and batching by the weighing hopper, and cumulative weighing simultaneously. It is suitable for precise measurement of materials and automatic batching operations in the production process.

The batching method can be reasonably selected based on the characteristics of the industry, the requirements of the production process, and the specific properties of the materials, such as "incremental" or "subtractive" weighing methods. It has multiple working modes including single-bucket single-material, single-bucket multi-material, and multi-bucket multi-material.
