The liquid Filling machine mainly consists of a bucket divider, a buffer roller track, a bucket selection and flow control device, a weighing filling machine, a cap pressing machine, and an electrical control system. The electrical part is composed of PLC, weighing instruments, human-machine operation interface, frequency converters, etc. According to the user's personalized settings, it can fully automate the control of processes such as bucket entry, bucket division, bucket positioning, weighing filling, and bucket transportation and cap pressing, achieving rapid and high-precision multi-station filling. The automatic filling machine uses high-precision weighing instruments to synchronously control the multi-station filling process. The weighing instrument can conveniently set parameters such as the target filling weight value, large feeding advance value, medium feeding advance value, and skin weight comparison value. The dynamic response is fast, and it can automatically remove the influence of environmental vibration, fully ensuring the requirements of filling accuracy. The weighing filling machine has a user-friendly human-machine interface. The design of the human-machine interface is based on human operation habits, and various modes have user-friendly operation interfaces, providing convenience while also having various protection functions. The automatic filling machine adopts a double-bucket structure, with the inner bucket being the material weighing bucket. During the operation of the incremental automatic filling machine, the material is transported to the weighing bucket through the inlet pipe, and the mass of the material in the weighing bucket gradually increases. When the weight measured by the weighing bucket reaches the set material quantity for filling, the weight measured by the weighing instrument is greater than the set alarm upper deviation value or less than the set alarm lower deviation value, and the central processor drives the alarm to give a real-time alarm to remind that the weighing is不合格. The weighing filling machine also includes a feeding channel; the feeding channel includes a coarse Feeder and a fine feeder that are respectively connected to the feed hopper. The coarse feeder and the fine feeder both include a feeding pipe, a feeding valve at the bottom of the feeding pipe, and a controller on the feeding pipe.

The weighing filling machine controls the feeding valves of the coarse feeder and the fine feeder to open simultaneously for feeding. When the weight of the weighing bucket reaches the final target weight value minus the fast feeding closing value, the controller closes the feeding valve of the coarse feeder, stops the coarse feeding, and enters the fine feeding mode; when the weight of the weighing bucket reaches the final target weight value minus the slow feeding closing value, the controller controls the feeding speed of the fine feeder to be minimized through the fine feeder controller, entering the fine feeding mode, until the weight of the weighing bucket reaches the final target weight value. The controller closes the feeding valve of the fine feeder, stops feeding, and the weighing is completed. Before the electronic filling machine starts, the operator inputs the final target weight value, the fast feeding closing value, and the slow feeding closing value through the touch screen. The touch screen displays the weight of the weighing bucket that has been weighed and various set values in real time. The feeding channel conveys material to the weighing bucket with a height difference, and after the feeding is completed, there are still residual materials in the air that have not fallen into the weighing bucket. This will cause errors due to multiple discharges. Before the electronic filling machine starts, the display screen is input with the height correction value. When the weight of the weighing bucket reaches the final target weight value minus the height correction value, the controller closes the feeding valve of the fine feeder, stops feeding, and the remaining weight is made up by the materials in the air, ensuring accuracy.
