The motor drives the belt to rotate and convey materials. Detect the flow rate of the material on the belt, and the actual voltage value output by the ionization chamber is uniquely corresponding to the flow rate. When the weighing instrument receives the voltage signal, the material flow rate can be calculated according to the corresponding relationship. By integrating the flow rate, the cumulative mass of the material can be obtained. By comparing with the standard value, an output control signal is obtained. The controller controls the motor speed according to the control signal, causing the belt speed to change accordingly, thereby achieving the control of material content.
