In terms of operation, the computer and control cabinet can freely switch between manual and automatic operation control in two locations. In the production state, it has the functions of operation indication, fault alarm, automatic data backup, real-time display of various production reports, browsing and printing. Volumetric metering control

(2) Gravity-based metering control

The mechanical part mainly consists of transmission, shaft seal, feeding screw, flipping mechanism and hopper.

(1) The transmission is composed of asynchronous motors, variable frequency motors, stepper motors, electromagnetic speed-regulating motors, capacitor speed-regulating motors, etc., and can be selected according to requirements.

(2) Shaft seals come in various forms such as skeleton oil seals, copper sleeve seals, and mechanical seals. They should be designed and selected based on the properties of the materials. For very fine micro-powder, if the shaft seal is not properly selected, it is very easy for it to enter the reducer, causing gear wear and even failure. The shaft seal requirements for pneumatic conveying screw feeders are higher. For those with excessively high conveying pressure, back pressure should also be adopted to prevent air leakage.

(3) Feeding screws can be classified into face type, spring type, paddle type and helical ribbon type, each with its own application scope. The suitable screw type for materials with different properties should be determined based on experience or experiments.

(4) The material turning mechanisms include cross frame type, screw type, etc.
