After digital processing by a computer or a dedicated image processing module, the filling head descends to control the motor to stop the weight. When the weight reaches the sent signal, the solenoid valve stops acting, and the filling valve is completed. The filling nozzle rises, thus completing the filling process.

For instance, when the detection unit detects substandard bottles, it will immediately activate the PLC to count them, so as to accurately calculate the position of the defective bottles at the tail end of the detection machine and send a rejection command, thereby controlling the rejection mechanism to push the defective products into the bypass one by one.

The Filling system is composed of FASH and SDRAM. FLASH is mainly used for storing system program codes. Each time the system is powered on, it reads the system program from the FLASH. SDRAM is a synchronous dynamic random access memory that operates at a 3.3V voltage and has a 64-bit bandwidth. SDRAM locks the CPU and RAM together through the same clock, enabling both RAM and CPU to share the clock cycle simultaneously. SDRAM is based on a dual-cell structure, containing two interlaced storage arrays. When the CPU accesses data from one cell or array, the other is ready for data reading and writing. Through the tight switching of the two storage arrays, the reading efficiency is greatly improved. The display unit is mainly composed of LCD, LCD controller (S3C2400), and touch screen. LCD can display the image processing structure in real time, while the touch screen is mainly responsible for the control of the PLC system. The I/ O unit is mainly used for input and output control of the system. The system controls the actions of other mechanisms through the output and input of I/ O digital quantities.
