The quantitative bucket Filling machine is mainly used for filling various bottled liquids, including several steps such as bottle feeding, bottle grasping, filling, capping, bottle grasping and bottle discharging. In the bottle feeding stage, multiple bottles are brought in at one time through a belt equipped with multiple fixed clamps. In the first bottle grasping stage, multiple grippers simultaneously grasp multiple bottles into the conveyor chain. In the filling stage, Multiple groups of multiple filling tubes are used to fill liquid into multiple bottles in two batches. During the capping stage, one servo drives multiple capping mechanisms to perform capping. In the second bottle grasping stage, the filled multiple bottles are grabbed from the conveyor chain and sent to the output belt. In the bottle discharging stage, the output belt sends out the canned bottles. Each head servo is controlled by the motion control module. The action sequence of each head is determined by position, and then each head is started at a certain speed and position respectively to complete the task.

Filling adopts electronic CAM instead of timing control. The main head is a virtual head and the head is a real head. The main head of the metering filling machine's timing control system operates at a cycle speed of 360 degrees. Both the main head and the head are at zero. It does not start from the beginning but starts when the main head position reaches 285. When the main head position reaches 360, it stops from the beginning. In the next cycle, when the main head reaches 120, it starts to return from the beginning (reverse), and when the main head position reaches 220, it stops from the beginning (returns to zero).
