The liquid quantitative Filling machine utilizes the unique electronic CAM function of the servo in combination with the brand-new pr motion control mode. With only an external encoder as the command source, it can achieve real-time high-precision synchronization of filling speed and bottle feeding speed. At the same time, By using the servo BY-PASS function, a cost-effective one-master-multi-slave multi-axis servo synchronous control solution is achieved without the participation of expensive motion controllers.

The automatic filling machine synchronous production line is mainly composed of three parts: the bottle feeding shaft drag chain, the horizontal tracking shaft and the vertical tracking shaft. The power sources for the three parts of the synchronous mechanism, namely the bottle feeding shaft drag chain, the horizontal tracking shaft and the vertical tracking shaft, are all the output of the bottle feeding drag chain motor. Mostly, mechanical cams drive two solid CAM mechanisms through multi-stage mechanical transmission to achieve synchronization.

The servo filling production line is composed of three parts: the bottle feeding shaft drag chain, the horizontal tracking shaft and the vertical tracking shaft. However, in terms of mechanical structure, it abandons the traditional mechanical CAM connection and replaces it with a filling servo system, which controls the displacement of the horizontal tracking shaft (X-axis) and the vertical tracking shaft (Y-axis) respectively through precision lead screws. The command sources of its servo system are all provided by high-resolution encoders installed on the bottle feeding drag chain.

The resolution of the filling encoder is 2000p/r. The CAM rotates once. The encoder of the weighing filling machine rotates 2 times, collecting a pulse quantity of 16,000 PPR and a 5v differential signal. The main motor is controlled by a frequency converter with a working frequency ranging from 0 to 50hz. The pitch of the lead screw of the slide table is 10mm, and the resolution of the X/Y servo encoder is set to 100,000 ppU through the electronic gear ratio function. The length of the area for machine shaft synchronization is A to B=240mm. The insertion distance of the Y-axis is 40mm.
