It realizes the functions of bottle feeding, filling, sealing, detection and conveying of packaging containers through the continuous intermittent movement of various mechanisms. It is composed of a rotating mechanism, filling mechanism, cap hanging mechanism, capping mechanism, detection mechanism, conveying mechanism and other parts.
The liquid filling mechanism adopts anti-drip filling technology. The liquid guide pipe is made of high-quality silicone tube. The feeding port is equipped with a filtering function, and the discharging port is equipped with an anti-drip filling head. Before the filling station, there is a bottle feeding detection device. Under the condition that the sensor detects the presence of container bottles, automatic and uniform filling is carried out as required. The filling speed and time are adjustable, and the repeat filling error is ≤1%.
The organized bottle caps enter the slide in sequence. The bottle caps are stopped by the spring stop plates at the end and form a certain inclination Angle. When the container bottle rotates directly below the bottle cap, the rotating disc stops. As the rotating disc rotates, the bottle body drives the bottle cap to move. Under the pressure of the upper spring pressure plate, the cap is hung.
After the two cylinders 2 of the capping mechanism clamp the container bottles at the workstation, they are driven up and down by cylinder 1. When the circular top rod comes into contact with the bottle cap, due to the reverse force of the bottle cap, the top plate is pushed upwards, thereby driving the three rotating claws to achieve the clamping action. At the same time, the rotation of the motor rotates and tighten the bottle cap. The quality of the bottle cap sealing directly affects the sealing effect of the liquid in the container bottle. Both high caps and crooked caps cannot seal the beverage in the bottle well and cannot meet the quality preservation requirements. Both the bottle and the uncovered container bottle are regarded as substandard products.
The Filling system is designed with a detection algorithm based on distance sensors, which automatically marks the non-conforming products. After the inspection is completed, the container bottles leave the rotating disc and enter the conveying mechanism. According to the aforementioned inspection results, the non-conforming products are pushed out of the conveyor belt by the rejection cylinder for online rejection and are recycled according to the type of non-conformity.
