The variable frequency control of the weighing automatic Filling machine is a power control device that applies variable frequency technology and microelectronics technology to control the AC motor by changing the frequency of the motor's working power supply. The design is carried out to achieve multi-speed regulation by utilizing the respective functions of frequency conversion control. The actual rotational speed of the motor is detected by the photoelectric switch and the internal timer, and this rotational speed is used as the feedback signal to control the motor speed, thereby achieving the automatic control of the filling conveyor belt speed. The purpose of automatic control is to make it consistent with the speed of the filling machine and save filling time.

The Liquid filling machine adjusts the speed of the conveyor belt based on the bottle flow through the filling frequency conversion control. According to the bottle flow situation, multi-speed control is selected to achieve a good match between the conveyor belt speed and the weighing filling machine speed. The variable frequency control motor for filling rotates to drive the belt transmission, and then conveys the bottles to be filled to the weighing and filling machine, achieving the coordination of bottle flow speed and filling speed, thereby improving work efficiency.

After the filling machine starts, press the forward rotation switch of the motor. The motor begins to rotate, driving the belt transmission. The bottles to be filled pass through the photoelectric sensor and the weighing sensor under the transmission action of the belt. The bottles are counted and sent to the filling machine for data processing. The bottle flow speed obtained after processing is compared with the set value in the memory. The output control signal is sent to the multi-speed speed regulation control terminal of the variable frequency control of the filling machine. After receiving the transmitted control signal, the variable frequency control processes it internally and outputs a voltage of a specific frequency to achieve variable frequency speed regulation of the motor metering filling machine.
