The loading batching scale performs the weighing and proportioning of main materials and various ingredients. After the ingredients are mixed and classified, they are grouped and proportioned, achieving the metering of the batched ingredients from the batching scale. A data acquisition control system composed of S7300 PLC is adopted. The batching site uses sealed wiring boxes to prevent dust and moisture, ensuring reliable signal transmission. The instrument uses a dedicated industrial process control instrument, controlled by PLC in-line, and the signal detection of each valve position and discharge device position uses weighing sensors, featuring no contacts, anti-interference, dust resistance, and moisture resistance. The storage bin position uses a weight-type level gauge to achieve continuous position detection.

The batching machine displays real-time data such as flow rate, load, cumulative value, and temperature. The temperature indication is transmitted to the central control room through on-site temperature display instruments, pressure indication through on-site pressure display instruments, and the current of the motor through on-site display instruments. The 10-inch screen weighing batching instrument and monitoring record display real-time data. In the automatic control mode, click the "Automatic Batching" button on the screen. If the system detects that the batching valve of a certain scale is not closed, an alarm will occur and the system will enter a suspended state. Each scale has an advance quantity according to the speed of material weighing. When the control instrument detects that the weight of the scale reaches the set value, it will subtract the advance quantity and the control instrument will close the feeding valve. The advance quantity can be corrected manually or automatically, ensuring that the batching scale achieves the set target value for each batch. 

To control the direct and accurate raw material weighing data by personnel, during the production process, there should not be small amounts, shortages, or overages of materials. Functions such as selecting the storage bin number position manually or automatically, and automatically alarming for the bottom line of various ingredient inventories are realized. Information exchange between the digital display of the Electronic scale and PLC and touch screen is carried out. All system control will be collected on the dedicated system software. The control personnel only need to click the corresponding position to control, such as electrical switches, rotating transportation components, water, and gas valves, and the human-machine interface well displays the entire production batching operation through dynamic and static graphic forms on the computer screen.
