This device consists of a high-precision hydraulic loading mechanism, a high-precision standard weighing sensor, a high-precision digital weighing instrument, an anti-interference wiring box, a hydraulic circuit, a quick connector, and a DC/AC power supply. The entire device is packaged in 4 portable metal boxes for protection and portability. This verification device has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, high efficiency, and portability.
After the calibration device is hydraulically pressurized, the hydraulic jack (also known as the load-bearing head) rises, causing the standard weighing sensor to press against the fixed door-type frame. The force applied by the hydraulic jack to the standard weighing sensor acts on the door-type frame, generating an equal but opposite reaction force that is applied to the support platform of the hopper scale. The support platform then transmits the force to the working weighing module of the hopper scale. This force replaces the weight applied by the weights on the weighing hopper. The hydraulic pressurization device replaces the manual lifting and unloading of weights, achieving rapid verification and calibration of the hopper scale.
After the door-type frame is fabricated and installed, the dimensions are tested on-site. Then, the door-type frame is fabricated in the maintenance room and welded onto the crossbeam of the base plate of the hopper scale's working weighing sensor. During the welding process, it is necessary to ensure that the center of the door-type frame, the hopper scale's working sensor, the hydraulic jack, and the standard sensor are on the same center line.
The operation steps for using the hopper scale rapid weighing verification instrument are as follows:
1) Place the hydraulic jack on the support platform of the hopper scale, and then place the standard sensor on the hydraulic jack;
2) Insert the quick connector plug of the hydraulic jack, and then insert the standard sensor plug according to the corresponding relationship (do not insert randomly);
3) Connect the wiring box and the instrument, and the instrument and the power supply. Power on;
4) Check the hydraulic pressurization device's oil cup hydraulic oil quantity. If the oil quantity is low, it must be refilled (in the absence of load, it is generally close to full);
5) Open the main valve of the hydraulic pressurization device and the valves of each hydraulic jack;
6) Clear the zero of the weighing verification instrument, and reset the zero position of the hopper scale instrument;
7) Close the main valve of the hydraulic pressurization device, and pressurize to the set value;
8) Close the valves of each hydraulic jack, wait for the hydraulic system to reach equilibrium, and read the value of the weighing verification instrument when the value stabilizes. Input the read value of the hopper scale instrument;
9) Continue loading, and open the valves of each hydraulic jack to continue loading, and read the same as 8;
10) Unload, first open the valves of each jack, then slowly open the main valve of the hydraulic pressurization device, and slowly unload. From the above operation process, it can be seen that using the hopper scale rapid weighing verification instrument to verify and calibrate the hopper scale is intuitive, safe, and improves work efficiency, significantly reducing labor intensity.
