The upper computer software of the interlocking automatic Batching system is designed in conjunction with the PLC program. The upper computer software based on WINDOWS has functions such as real-time process monitoring, over-limit/over-time alarm, alarm handling, automatic data saving, historical data query, and formula and historical data printing.

The feeding system adopts the rotation method of the receiving basket installed on the screw to receive materials, effectively solving the problem that the receiving time accounts for too large a proportion of the entire production time in the batching scheme of the batching system arranged in a row. The batching and weighing device adopts a silo screw conveyor. Materials flow from the silo to the mixer. Each mixer has two Weighing modules, which are connected to the junction box and one speed weighing module. Each signal is transmitted to the weighing instrument through the junction box, and then the batching and weighing instrument transmits the analog signal and pulse signal to the PLC. After processing, the PLC outputs the signal to the computer for monitoring and operation. The PLC transmits the instructions issued by the computer to the weighing instrument for processing.

The interlock between the batching scale and the electrical system can control the discharging volume of the batching scale from the computer flow setting. The switching control can be achieved through the "Switch" button. The discharging frequency is controlled by the computer through the communication between the PLC and the frequency converter to control the output of the frequency converter, thereby changing the rotational speed of the screw in the silo and discharging the batching scale according to the required material volume. The discharge flow rate setting of the weighing terminal is calculated and set to the required value, which is then output to the PLC and input into the batching and weighing instrument. After PID calculation, the frequency of the silo screw conveyor is adjusted to meet the required discharge volume.
