The wireless explosion-proof Electronic scale mainly displays multiple sensors and weighing instruments, and outputs multi-stage control signals. Users can directly access the PLC raw material system and the terminal control system to achieve multi-stage control and automatic control. According to the pre-determined formula, various different raw materials are mixed in proportion. To improve the accuracy and speed of ingredient mixing, and to ensure product quality and increase production, microcomputer control technology is adopted. The explosion-proof electronic scale provides a large amount of data information for production management, such as ingredient result lists, raw material consumption lists, production volume lists, and recipe usage result records, etc. It can generate statistical and printing functions based on time, recipe, etc., including shift reports, daily reports, monthly reports, and annual reports. At the same time, two user-defined system components are provided. One is to conduct secondary design using the Weighing system; the other is to seamlessly embed the data into the EXCEL system. The system can interact with other management systems for ingredient mixing and meet the requirements for in-depth data analysis.

The hardware equipment of the explosion-proof electronic scale mainly consists of a microcomputer, a communication interface, a control host, weighing sensors and a transducer circuit. The control host is controlled by a computer to complete the data acquisition and calculation of the four weighing sensors, and then transmits the data through a dedicated communication interface to the microcomputer, which is displayed on the screen of the microcomputer. The communication interface also has an overloading sound and light alarm function. The weighbridge uses the weighing instrument as the control core to realize the collection, processing, indication and output of sensor data. The sensor transducer circuit amplifies and processes the millivolt-level electrical signal of the weighing sensor into a frequency or pulse signal that can be remotely transmitted. It is calibrated according to a certain frequency and the corresponding relationship of weighing. When the machine measures the frequency of a certain sensor, it converts the corresponding weighing according to the corresponding relationship. The data selection control circuit selects the frequency of a certain sensor for measurement through the weighing instrument, and then scans all the sensors by changing the level. The weighing instrument accumulates all the data to form the weight of the entire weighbridge. The communication control circuit can realize the wireless remote transmission function of data. High-performance optocouplers are used to isolate RS485 control the weighing instrument to convert the weight level into the RS485 bus level that can be transmitted over a long distance. Then, through the communication interface level conversion, it realizes half-duplex communication with the microcomputer. Through this circuit, the computer screen displays the track simulation diagram and the data of the weighing sensors at each point.

The explosion-proof scale is designed such that after the weighing sensor operates at the weighing site, the data is transmitted through cables to the weighing display placed in the control room. The commonly used data transmission methods are RS-232 and RS-485 serial cables. The wired data transmission of RS-232 and RS-485 has been replaced by wireless data transmission modules, allowing the data generated by the weighing sensor to be directly transmitted wirelessly to the weighing display. This old-line data transmission method can be divided into two types: short-range and long-range. The weighing site and the control room are usually within the visible range, such as toll collection on highways. In such cases, a short-range wireless transmission method can be adopted. For those occasions where wireless weighing is not required due to specific needs, a long-range data wireless transmission method can be selected. The short-range wireless transmission method can be divided into two types. Among them, the infrared wireless communication method is prone to interference, and the best wireless communication method for wireless electronic scales is the radio frequency communication method.

The composition structure of the explosion-proof wireless electronic scale. When the object to be weighed passes through the scale, the weighing sensor will convert the weight signal it receives into an analog electrical signal. This signal is then amplified by the operational amplifier circuit and transmitted to the analog input terminal of the A/D converter. Finally, it undergoes sampling to obtain an accurate value. When the sample value is transmitted through the wireless data transmission module, it will be displayed on the weighing display screen. At the same time, you can choose to simultaneously transmit this information to the printer or store it, or even send it to the upper-level PC via the serial port. The scale is composed of the weighing sensor and signal amplifier, etc., and can convert the weighing signal of the weighed object into the analog electrical signal required in the subsequent process. Then, after amplification and A/D conversion circuits, it obtains the digital sampling value, and finally transmits the sampling value through RS-232 to the wireless data transmission module. The wireless data transmission module consists of two parts: one is the wireless transceiver chip, and the other is the microcontroller. Its main task is to transmit the wireless data between the data acquisition terminal and the weighing display. It is not only the most important part of the current new type of wireless electronic scale, but also the prerequisite for the birth of the wireless electronic scale. Without the research and development of the wireless data module, there would be no current wireless electronic scale. The weighing display contains a lot of content, mainly including the main controller, digital tube display, keyboard, etc., as well as external devices such as printers, large-screen digital tubes, PC machines, etc. It displays the data transmitted by the wireless data transmission module, and in addition, it can store, print, etc. The main contents are the information in the scale, the vehicle number of the transportation, the cargo situation, the date and time, etc., which is convenient for future statistics and inspections.
