It enables the warehouse control system to integrate with the warehouse management system (WMS), obtain pallet inbound and outbound tasks, update the position information of pallets in the warehouse, etc. It integrates the PLC control system to control the stacker crane and the conveyor belt, allowing the stacker crane to pick up and place pallets. It integrates automatic barcode scanning equipment to automatically scan and allocate storage positions when pallets are stored. It integrates height and weight detection devices to weigh and measure the height of pallets when they are stored. It realizes real-time collection of hardware alarm information, conducts big data analysis for early warning, predicts hardware failures and the lifespan of wearables in advance; and through integration with multiple systems, it achieves intelligent warehouse control, integrated accounting and inventory management, and automatic flow of goods.

The entire weighing device has the advantages of decentralized monitoring of weighing instruments and centralized monitoring by a computer. The weighing controller or PLC sequentially executes the addition of various materials based on the set proportion of each material. The weighing instrument detects the amount of this material added to the electronic scale. When the electronic scale reaches the set range value, the upper limit and lower limit of the weight are controlled to complete the addition of this material. Then, the process of adding the next material begins until all materials have been added according to the set addition values. The double-column type rail-guided aisle stacker crane is used to store the goods on the inbound platform at the storage position or to take out the goods in the storage position and send them to the outbound platform. The stepping motor uses a hybrid stepping motor. The stepping motor requires a dedicated driver to output three-phase power pulse signals to the stepping motor. A beam-type sensor is used as the limit control, and four beam-type photoelectric sensors are respectively used as the limit control for the X and Y axes, two beam-type photoelectric sensors are respectively used as the position detection of the shelf on the X and Y axes, and two beam-type photoelectric sensors are used as the limit control for the Z axis. 

The electronic conveyor scale solves the problem that the existing scales require workers to measure and manually clean the residues on the scale. This process is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and poses certain safety risks. The electronic conveyor scale adopts a base and an intersecting conveyor frame. The two sides of the base are equipped with ramps, and the intersecting conveyor frame is provided with support seats. The support seats are equipped with weighing sensors. The two sides of the base are also provided with hydraulic pumps. The of the hydraulic pumps on both sides are respectively fixed with conveyor blocks one and two. Conveyor block one is equipped with a motor, and the output shaft of the motor has a screw that is rotatably connected with conveyor block two. A nut seat is sleeved on the screw. The conveyor scale one and conveyor block two are fixedly connected with a guide rod between them. A guide block is sleeved on the weighing guide rod, and a rotating roller is rotatably connected between the nut seat and the guide block. The rotating roller is fixedly connected with a scraper on the nut seat. The output shaft of the weighing motor two is fixedly connected with the rotating roller.
