During the ingredient preparation, the program control is carried out by PLC according to the preset formula, and each screw conveyor is successively pushed to the weigher hopper for weighing. The weighing procedure is one material at a time. The sequentially entered materials are mixed and stirred. After the mixing is complete, the mixer starts to discharge the materials to the finished product silo until the discharge is finished, then the weighing and preparation for the next batch are carried out. At the top of the finished product silo, there is also a rotary sensor. When the finished product silo is full, the weighing and preparation for ingredients stops. When the material level is below the upper limit position, the process resumes and continues to weigh the materials. The entire system can be divided into two parts: the weighing and ingredient preparation process before the silos, and the weighing and ingredient preparation process after the silos. The task of the ingredient preparation process is to transport each material in the product ratio from the conveyor and screw conveyor to the designated silos as a preparation for the ingredient weighing control.
