Weighing module acquisition system is composed of weighing sensor, weighing instrument and data acquisition module. The computer system consists of configuration software platform, application software and industrial control computer. The multi-protection system has three protection functions, pressure protection, crash "watchdog" protection and safety valve protection. Using the MCGSE configuration software platform, the weighing signal sends out a number of high-level switch trigger signals, the trigger signal drives an intermediate solid relay, and the relay drives the liquid discharge electric valve of the metering device to ensure the need of quantitative control when the computer is working normally.
