The feeding system consists of a computer as the human-machine interface of the entire Weighing system. It is set up as the master station to complete all system parameter Settings, process monitoring and data recording. Another weighing touch control instrument serves as a slave station, relying on the master station to manage the data setting and process monitoring of the post-quantitative batching system. The main station communicates directly with the Siemens S7300PLC system and the automatic touch control instrument of the agitator tank. Sealed junction boxes are adopted on site, which are dust-proof and moisture-proof, ensuring reliable signal transmission. The instrument adopts a dedicated industrial process touch control instrument. The weighing system of the batching tank communicates with the central control room through the RS-485 bus, which can be independently controlled or connected to the PLC for control. The signal detection of each valve position and the unloader position adopts load cells. The weighing module of the agitator tank has the characteristics of contactless, anti-interference, anti-dust and moisture resistance. The silo position adopts a heavy hammer type level gauge, which can achieve continuous position detection.
The liquid materials of the automatic batching machine are measured in multiple storage tanks through the weighing module and then fed into the reaction vessel. Some materials also need to undergo temperature and pressure compensation and density calibration, and then the mass is obtained through formula calculation in the controller. The main material ratio is automatically measured by the control system in the control room according to the formula ratio. Solid materials need to be weighed on a scale before being put in. If the freezing point of the liquid material is low, it contains impurities, or the heating of the material pipeline is uneven, it will lead to unstable raw material density. At the same time, the liquid material containing solid particles or impurities will also have a relatively high wear rate on the internal components of the flowmeter, resulting in unstable measurement accuracy. The mass error obtained after formula calculation in the controller is relatively large. To ensure the integrity of detection and process control instruments, regular repair and calibration are required, and these instruments need to be verified regularly.
