The PCC is equipped with one BP704 (4-slot base plate), with its CPU installed at the far left end of the base plate. A dual-width module CP476 with a 24VDC power supply is selected. This module has one RS232 interface and one CAN interface, along with status indicator lights. Additionally, there are four slots for screw-in modules. When expansion is needed, insert the screw-in module into the slot and fix it with fastening screws. Screw-in modules can be analog or digital modules, or communication expansion modules.
The weighing Feeding machine is equipped with a weighing instrument (model T600, with a maximum weighing capacity range of 5 to 10,000 kg and a graduation value of 0.005 to 10). One set is used for the main reactor, and one set is shared for the transfer reactors. Each set of weighing instruments consists of three metering modules and a secondary instrument with logic control function (including the bridge power supply for the weighing module). It features high precision, good reliability, professional material handling capacity and a friendly human-machine interface, playing a very important role in improving production efficiency. It adopts advanced bus technology, which can conveniently use fieldbuses such as Profibus, RS232, RS485 and MODBUS-Plus to achieve high-speed data communication with related PLC (PCC) systems. It forms a system with strong real-time performance, good reliability and flexible configuration, which can easily meet the weighing and batching needs of various users.
The feeding system is equipped with both manual and automatic working modes. It can be preset before production and switched between them as needed during the production process. After the liquid in each reactor is completely conveyed, automatic purging will be carried out. It can achieve fully automatic control of the preparation process. From the demand for liquid, formula parameters, preparation to transportation, the entire process is controlled by PLC. It has main functions such as multi-formula storage, automatic formula selection, parameter setting, various cost reports, automatic weighing, injection and batching control, and automatic glue transportation control. It is equipped with an automatic formula correction function. When adding materials, the deviation during the feeding process can be monitored through the operation screen, and the subsequent feeding ratio can be automatically corrected by changing the proportion of the formula to ensure the accuracy of the formula.
It can also achieve data communication with the production management of customers. Through data exchange, the amount of glue to be produced is automatically determined based on the order of paper products to be produced, in order to reduce waste. After the first input of the formula, if the customer indeed needs to adjust the formula, there is no need to recalculate the changes in the materials. Just directly input the change result of the liquid, and the program will automatically modify the formula.
