In the company's ERP system, a measurement application plan sheet is formulated, including vehicle number, planned measurement time, planned measurement material name, material specification, shipping unit and receiving unit, etc. The measurement application plan sheet is sent to the automatic measurement system through the industrial Ethernet optical fiber network in the form of a message, and sent to the data exchange server. For vehicles entering the factory for delivery or transportation, before entering the factory, an RFID card will be made by the security guard. When making the card, the security guard will select the information from the ERP system that matches the current vehicle measurement application plan sheet based on the driver's business voucher, and match this measurement application plan sheet with the current RFID card, and stipulate that only the driver can drive the vehicle into the factory (to prevent someone from hiding in the vehicle to cheat during weighing). For internal transportation vehicles within the factory, each vehicle holds a fixed RFID card, and the vehicle executes a fixed long-term measurement application plan sheet. When there is a change, the planning department can modify it in the system.

When the vehicle is weighed on the scale, the infrared detection device at the scene checks whether the vehicle is fully on the scale. Once it confirms that the vehicle is fully on the scale, the voice system automatically prompts the driver to get out of the vehicle. The vehicle number identifier automatically identifies the RFID card held by the vehicle, and the automated measurement system automatically searches for the matching measurement application plan sheet in the system. The staff in the main control room monitor the license plate of the vehicle and whether the driver has gotten out through video surveillance, and after confirming that the vehicle number matches the plan sheet, they click the confirmation button in the operation interface. The weighing process ends, and the voice system automatically prompts the driver to get back in the vehicle and start the weighing process again. The weighing data is backed up and stored at the terminal in the scale room, and is automatically uploaded to the data server in the main control room for storage via the network. In case of any unexpected situations during the process, both parties can communicate with each other by calling each other through the intercom system. After the vehicle completes two weighings, the measurement system automatically generates complete measurement data and transmits it to the ERP system. In addition, the system also realizes the function of remote measurement. When unexpected situations such as faults, power outages, and network disconnections occur, with authorization, remote weighing can be performed.
