The ground scale vehicle body weighing platform support device mainly consists of four parts: the moving support and the fixed support. The four planes where the load cells are installed are machined with T-shaped grooves and roller guiding grooves, which are used for alignment and installation of the connecting crossbeam, as well as serving as the track for the movement of the crossbeam. The connecting crossbeam is used to connect the corresponding four support detection devices. Each side of the connecting crossbeam is equipped with a support wheel, and when changing the vehicle type, it can be moved longitudinally along the scale to the corresponding position.

The ground scale vehicle body platform scale is composed of three major parts: the computer control system, the hydraulic servo control system, and the scale support device. Its main function is to conduct weighing detection after the vehicle body assembly (before the vehicle is lowered) and determine the positions and values of the adjustment pads at each support point. The scale platform is equipped with four movable supports with precision grating displacement and high-precision load sensors, and four fixed supports for the vehicle body load-bearing. When using, first lift the vehicle body onto the fixed supports with a crane, then install the second-stage springs onto the upper end of the spring seats of the movable supports, and use the hydraulic servo system to raise the movable supports and the vehicle body. Through the comprehensive control of the screw rod servo and the electrical system, the servo screw rod lifting system generates corresponding lifting actions, thereby achieving the dynamic adjustment of the load detection points. When all the detection points' loads automatically tend towards the equilibrium value, the mutual height difference of the detected points at this time is the required pad adjustment amount, and the load value is the final load after the pad adjustment at each point.

The scale control and Measurement system consists of a main control console, a hydraulic system control cabinet, an oil source control cabinet, and a ground scale area detection sensing system. Its main functions include the overall control of the weighing and spring adjustment process of the ground scale; the displacement servo control of the hydraulic system; the monitoring and alarm of the working status of the ground scale platform; and the output and storage of the ground scale results. The hydraulic servo system is composed of one oil source, four oil distributors, four servo actuators (including servo cylinders and servo valves), detection elements, four-channel servo amplifiers, and an oil source electrical control cabinet. The oil source uses one quantitative vane pump for oil supply, and a proportional electromagnetic relief valve for pressure regulation (also serving as a safety valve); the servo actuators are all equipped with grating displacement and load sensors, and the signals are transmitted to the main control computer to form a displacement feedback closed-loop control; the system is equipped with liquid level, temperature, and pressure detection and alarm devices.

The scale support consists of the fixed support that installs the load module and the fixed pier. The fixed support module has a total of 4 parts, and its position is lower than the horizontal plane. Each ground scale surface is equipped with a guide rail. The bottom of the fixed pier has the same support wheels as the four ends of the connecting crossbeam, which can slide longitudinally along the guide rails of the load module; the top part is divided into a fixed block and an active block, and the active block is connected to the fixed block through a screw rod, which can be adjusted laterally along the guide rails of the load module to adapt to different-sized locomotives.
