In livestock farming, livestock weight data is crucial, providing farmers with a reference basis to guide production more scientifically. A mobile livestock weighbridge for pig farms is provided, comprising a square base with a weighbridge inside. The bottom of the base is equipped with moving wheels, and four corner posts are set up at each of the four corners on the top of the base, connected by guardrails between them. The corner posts on both sides of the base in the length direction are connected by a top beam, with both ends of the top beam chamfered to form a fixed block. The fixed block is fixed to the top of the corresponding top beam with bolts, and an entrance and exit are formed between the two corner posts at the ends. A movable door is set up at the entrance and exit. The overall structure of the insertion rail is in the shape of an upside-down mountain, with three horizontal bars connected by an arc bar. One is set up at each entrance and exit of the enclosure, inserted from the side rail, and a handle is set up at the top center of the insertion rail for easy positioning. The bottom plate can be a wooden board or steel plate, with an area slightly smaller than the bottom area of the enclosure. Four corner blocks are placed on the four corners of the bottom plate to maintain its balance when livestock enter and exit the cage. The electronic weighbridge is a commonly used model on the market. To facilitate movement, rolling wheels are set up at the four corners of the bottom of the enclosure. Its characteristics include a weighbridge consisting of a base, a weighing platform, a fence set up on the weighing platform for enclosing the livestock, and a weighing module positioned between the weighing platform and the base. At the entrance and exit of the weighbridge, there is a wedge-shaped platform adjacent to but not connected to the weighbridge. The weighing instrument is fixed outside the fence on one side of the weighbridge and wirelessly connected to the management host. The weighing instrument identifies the electronic ear tags RFID carried by the livestock, simultaneously controls the weighing module to start weighing, and wirelessly transmits the received identification results and weighing information to the management host. The electronic weighbridge is composed of at least two identical and independent weighing platform units. Each weighing platform unit includes a rectangular platform with four legs fixed at the bottom corners. The upper surface of the weighing platform is provided with several anti-slip patterns. The weighing instrument incorporates a livestock thermal release sensor, a main control chip, a livestock RFID module, and a data remote transmission module located inside. The management host uploads, downloads, and manages data from the livestock RFID module through the data remote transmission module. The livestock thermal release sensor, livestock RFID module, and weighing module are electrically connected to the main control chip. The livestock thermal release sensor transmits the detected signal of livestock entering the weighbridge to the main control chip, which controls the livestock RFID module to identify the electronic ear tags RFID carried by the livestock, simultaneously controls the weighing module to start weighing, and transmits the received identification results and weighing information to the management host through the data remote transmission module.
