The explosion-proof batching weighbridge operates according to the pre-designed formula proportions, adding the materials in fixed quantities by weight. Each quantitative tank is equipped with an electronic weighbridge and a corresponding amplification circuit. The PLC is used to open the feeding valve or the auger. When the electronic scale measures that the added materials have reached the predetermined value, the feeding valve automatically closes. Each quantitative tank is controlled to discharge by the discharge valve, and each valve is equipped with a status detection signal input to the PLC to determine whether the action instruction given by the PLC has been executed.

The explosion-proof batching scale is composed of raw material weighing chambers. It is used to produce according to different product formulas. First, the types and weights of raw materials inside the chambers are set on the PLC touch screen monitoring interface. The weight detected by the weighing instrument is sent to the PLC. Finally, the PLC controls the fast addition door, slow addition door and discharge door to send the weighed raw materials into the mixing and blending chamber. The mixing and blending part consists of a mixing tank. The mixing time is set on the PLC touch screen monitoring interface. Through the PLC, the motor is controlled to rotate in the forward direction, and the raw materials are fully mixed and uniform after sufficient stirring. Then, the PLC controls the motor to rotate in the reverse direction to send the mixture into the quantitative packaging chamber.

The weighing control system mainly consists of storage chambers, discharge chambers corresponding to the batching machine, frequency converter transportation and weighing, electronic scales for weighing and detection, vibration control controller, and some necessary input and output devices for automatic control. Taking materials as an example, the material formula is input into the touch screen. Through PLC and frequency converter and electronic scales and other devices, the conveyor is automatically controlled to operate. When the conveyor reaches the material storage position, it automatically stops. After precise positioning, the electric vibration mixer is activated to discharge. The discharging speed is first fast and then slow, and then automatically switches. The material flows into the explosion-proof scale bin scale in the batching scale. When the weighing value reaches the set value, the touch screen sends a switch signal, and the vibration mixer automatically cuts off power to stop discharging. Then, the PLC controls the conveyor to operate, automatically positioning at the selected discharge port, and after precise positioning, the discharge door of the conveyor opens, and the weighed materials are placed in the discharge chamber or directly into the corresponding batching machine. Then, the discharge door is closed. This completes the batching of one material.
