In the dosing process, the PLC constantly reads the weight value from the weighing instrument, compares it with the set formula and procedure, makes a judgment, and controls the start and stop of the Feeder and the speed and slow feeding. The Batching system has the functions of human-computer interaction, communication, display, storage, printing, etc., and has the function screen of data, graphic display, status monitoring, data input, information storage and other related operations. The Weighing system can realize real-time process data monitoring, simulated display of process flow, real-time data record checking, system operator authority setting, process parameter setting, event alarm setting during operation and manual and automatic control switching. The field control instrument in the weighing and batching system displays the flow rate, load, cumulative value and temperature in real time. Temperature indication through the field temperature display instrument, pressure indication through the field pressure display instrument and the electric flow of the motor to the field display instrument remote to the central control room centralized display. The inverter is equipped with an automatic switching switch to communicate with the main control computer.
