The function of the storage silo is to store and supply powder to the feeding tank. The external powder is transported to the storage silo through pipelines using nitrogen. Generally, it can store 24 hours of material consumption. The function of the feeding tank is to use nitrogen to fluidize the powder and supply powder to the distributor at the same time. It operates under two states: working pressure and normal pressure. The function of the distributor is to use compressed air as the carrier to quantitatively convey powder materials to the QSL tank. It can precisely control the feeding amount of each pair of spray guns, thereby effectively controlling the reduction degree and temperature of the QSL tank.
At the upper part of the storage bin, a bag dust collector with pulse reverse blowing vibration is installed to filter and convey the gas, and at the lower part, a star-shaped Feeder is set up to control the discharging speed. Fluidization devices are installed on the silo wall to enhance the fluidity of the powder. A weighing module is set at the lower support point to measure the material level in the silo. This material level is reflected as a control parameter in the weighing instrument. The storage silo and the feeding tank are connected by a pipeline. The feeding to the feeding tank is controlled by a bell jar valve. A bellows is set on the pipeline to buffer the connection force, ensuring the accurate weighing of the storage silo. A maintenance gate valve is set on the pipeline for use during maintenance.
The feeding tank is a device located between the storage bin and the distributor. A bag filter is installed on its upper part to filter the gas during pressure reduction. At the bottom center, a mechanical stirring device and a gas stirring device are arranged. When discharging materials into the distributor, the stirring device starts, allowing the powder to smoothly enter the distributor. A mechanical material level sensor is installed at the bottom to ensure the reliability of operation: when the feeding tank reaches a low material level, a feeding request is issued, the pressure relief valve opens to reduce pressure, and when the pressure reaches normal pressure, the feeding valve opens to feed from the storage bin. When the high material level is reached, a material stop request is issued, the pressure relief valve is closed, the feed valve is closed, and the pressure is increased to the working pressure. The feeding tank and the distributor are connected by a pipeline, and the discharge of materials to the distributor is controlled by a bell jar valve. To avoid affecting the weighing and measurement of the distributor, two bell jar valves are set between the feeding tank and the distributor. The pipeline between the bell jar valves maintains normal pressure during normal operation, and two sections of bellows are set to isolate the influence of the connecting force.
The distributor is equipped with two mechanical material level sensors. When the material level is low, the weighing and measurement stop, and a feeding request is issued. The conveying pipe is pressurized to the working pressure, and then the bell jar valve is opened to start feeding. When the material level is high, the bell jar valve is closed, and the discharging pipe is pressurized to normal pressure, and the measurement is resumed. The bottom is equipped with a divider wheel and a stirring device. The stirring device rotates synchronously with the divider wheel to ensure that the powder can be evenly distributed into the spray gun. A weighing module is installed on the support of the distributor tank to obtain the information of weight reduction, thereby knowing the instantaneous feeding amount. By comparing this amount, the rotational speed of the divider wheel can be adjusted to adjust the feeding amount.
