According to production requirements, when a certain material needs to be fed on the production line, the production worker presses the control button on the corresponding workstation. The filling system sends the name, workstation number, quantity and other information of the material to the LED large screen display through a communication module based on fieldbus, and at the same time starts the music bell and lights up the indicator lights corresponding to the material on the workstation and light box. After receiving the information, the warehouse staff press the corresponding button below the light box indicator light to respond. Then, the indicator light on the light box for the corresponding material goes out, indicating that the information has been confirmed and the feeding process has begun. Based on the confirmed information, the bus controller changes the indicator light above the workstation button from constantly on to flashing, indicating that the material is being fed. When the material reaches the called workstation, the operator restores the button to the disconnected state and the indicator light goes out, indicating that the material distribution process is completed.
