The lubricating fluid Filling machine uses the analog input template in the PLC to collect the on-site data in real time. Based on the weight calculation of each Weighing system, it calculates the actual standard filling value and saves the converted value for calculation, minimizing the weight fluctuation. This facilitates the application of the value in the PID loop regulation and ensures the accuracy of adjusting the drop-off error. When the PLC outputs, the on-site frequency converter is controlled through three methods: proportioning setting, quantitative setting and frequency setting. When the operator selects the proportioning setting on the operation screen, they only need to input the total weight of filling and the proportioning ratio of each sub-scale, and the feeding amount of each scale can be automatically calculated and tracked and adjusted according to this feeding amount.

The automatic filling machine is equipped with "Start", "Stop" and "Reset" buttons, and has a "status indicator light" for display. It can record the production capacity and operation status of the filling production line, and adjust the relevant departments such as raw materials, production and transportation, making the cooperation among departments closer and improving production efficiency. Input the maintenance plan, self-inspection plan and other data of the filling production line to remind the equipment user to maintain and service it in a timely manner.

The weighing and filling machine adopts automatic cap arrangement and capping, sealing each bucket one by one. The filled buckets are accurately sent to the automatic cap arrangement machine. The cap distribution machine uses a mechanical hand to pick up a bucket cap each time and accurately place it on the filled bucket.
