The explosion-proof automatic filling scale realizes the speed of the input pulse frequency through weight sensing. When the pulse frequency decreases, the speed of the stepping motor will decline. In order to achieve the goal of adjustable measurement size and improved measurement accuracy, it is required that the rotational speed of the screw be adjustable and its position be accurately positioned. A stepping motor is adopted to control the rotational speed and number of revolutions of the screw, which not only simplifies the mechanical structure but also makes the control very convenient. Under no-load conditions, the rotational speed and stop position of a stepping motor only depend on the frequency and number of pulse signals, and are not affected by changes in load.

The liquid Filling machine is manufactured with a PLC programmable controller. It features a two-stage automatic filling method, allowing for the free selection of two filling methods: net weight and gross weight. The filling target volume can be freely set, making it convenient for packaging of various weights. After calculation and analysis by the microprocessor, it is transformed into an electrical signal or other required forms of information output according to certain rules, so as to meet the requirements of information transmission, processing, storage, display, recording and control, etc. According to the process requirements, the programming control is carried out. Through the Weighing system and PLC program, the weight and flow rate of the materials loaded into the weighing bucket are controlled, thereby achieving precise measurement and batching. It features strong stability and high cost performance, and can provide accurate measurement data and control means for production control and management in various industrial sites.
