The barrel taking clamp releases the barrel before filling, the barrel taking rotary shaft rises, the conveyor belt starts, and the quality detection action before filling is completed. During the measuring process, the pressure signal of the weighing module is continuously transmitted to the weighing instrument. When the preset quantitative weight is reached, the weighing display controls to stop the pump and close the pneumatic valve.
