It is composed of a high-pressure control system, nitrogen system, filling device, pressure control system, weighing control system, and PLC control system, etc. It is a control network composed of a programmable controller and an Electronic scale, connected to on-site weighing instruments, control computers, PLC, frequency converters and other intelligent and fast-processing equipment through field buses. The PLC mainly undertakes the detection, display and alarm of filling faults, and simultaneously outputs signals to the frequency converter. The frequency converter completes the function of adjusting the speed of the electronic scale. To facilitate the simple operation of users, a weighing touch screen is specially connected to the weighing instrument, which greatly facilitates the operation of users. The filling machine controls the filling motor through PLC control. The weighing module and the weighing instrument are connected by data lines, and different filling amounts can be achieved. When the weight of the material in the bucket is not less than a certain weight and the equipment is without faults, the transmission chain has materials passing through, and the servo motor provides a certain weight of liquid to the bucket on the electronic scale according to the pre-set speed, and automatically detects the material quantity of the bucket. Before filling, the detection device of the filling machine detects the in-situ detection signal of the pre-filled bucket. The conveyor belt stops transmitting, the motor of the main shaft lifting mechanism lowers the rotating main shaft of the bucket taking mechanism to the position, the bucket taking fixture clamps the pre-filled bucket, and then lifts it to the position. The conveyor belt starts transmitting, the bucket transfer shaft transfers the pre-filled lubricating oil bucket to the quality inspection table, the bucket transfer shaft drops to the original position, the bucket taking fixture releases the pre-filled lubricating oil bucket to the correct position, and then performs quality inspection. Then the quality signal is measured and input. Before filling, the bucket taking fixture clamps the bucket, the bucket transfer shaft rises to the position, rotates, and the pre-filled lubricating oil bucket is transferred to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt suspends, the bucket transfer shaft drops to the position, the bucket taking fixture releases the bucket, and the bucket transfer shaft rises. The conveyor belt starts, and the filling process of the pre-filled lubricating oil bucket is completed once. During the measurement process, the pressure signal of the weighing module is continuously transmitted to the weighing instrument. When the preset quantitative weight is reached, the weighing display controls the pump to stop and closes the pneumatic valve.
The Liquid filling machine receives the zero signal from the output end to the servo motor driver's pulse input terminal PLUS. When the PLC receives the data from the weighing instrument, it processes it and outputs a pulse string to the servo motor driver at this port. The servo motor driver controls the speed of the servo motor according to this pulse string, thereby controlling the filling amount of the bucket, and transmits the weight data to the servo motor control relay. The liquid products produced through the separation process, the filling and dispensing processes, are sent to the liquid bucket through the separator, and then sent to the filling port of the filling scale. The filling gun of the filling port controls the size of the discharge control. In one discharge gun, there are large and small mouth closing valves responsible for sending the material in the hopper to the bucket and entering the bucket for measurement. There is a weighing element above the hopper, responsible for the liquid level control of the material. When the material level is insufficient, materials are replenished in time. The conveyor mainly transports the liquid buckets without caps and labels to the packaging conveyor, to complete the transportation of the material buckets. Finally, the filled liquid buckets are stacked on the pallet and transported away by the forklift.
