The driving force is generated by the rotation of the filling servo motor, which drives the piston rod to move up and down under the transmission of the ball screw. In order to ensure the smoothness of the movement of the slider, a linear guide rail is installed on the left side of the slider. Driven by the motor, the piston rod of piston type metering moves up and down, the metering cylinder is cylindrical structure, and the movement distance of the piston rod corresponds to the weight of the suction and filling of the metering valve. A check valve is selected as a flow distribution mechanism. The check valve at the inlet is opened and the check valve at the outlet is closed. During liquid filling, the outlet check valve is opened and the inlet check valve is closed, thus the process of weighing liquid filling is completed. The filling nozzle is connected to the distribution structure through the steel wire hose, and the filling container is placed on the weighing tray. The weighing data is tracked and detected by the stepper motor and ball screw, so as to ensure the constant distance between the nozzle and the liquid surface of the container, and reduce the spatter and foaming during the filling process. Changing the filling amount, filling speed and other filling parameters on the man-machine interface PLC can send corresponding control signals to the servo motor and stepper motor according to the input parameters to achieve the control of different filling parameters.
