Three-dimensional Automatic filling scale includes data acquisition, data processing, file generation, and data printing. Siemens PLC is used as the core control, the analog module is used for weight acquisition, and the upper computer uses an integrated embedded touch screen to realize status display, set value input and operation process monitoring.
020-34563445The three-dimensional automatic filling scale adopts an independent design, with fully automated internal and external cleaning and disinfection. It is easy to operate, has stable performance and high cleaning efficiency. Each bucket takes approximately 2 to 5 minutes to clean. The system can be optionally equipped with a pressure cleaning function ranging from 5 to 500 kilograms to address cleaning issues in various working conditions. The system adopts a precise 360° full coverage high-pressure three-dimensional cleaning head, which has a large impact force and low liquid consumption. It only requires 1-2 manual operations. The fully automatic cleaning line utilizes automation technology to achieve the loading and unloading of buckets and adopts the process means of a production line to realize the function of automatic cleaning.
According to the JJG687-2008 "Liquid Material Quantitative Filling machine" verification regulation, both the verification of the fixed volume type and the fixed weight type can be completed by the weighing method. The Filling system is compiled based on the VB platform with a serial port (RS232), and its functions include data acquisition, data processing, file generation, and data printing. The weighing filling machine adopts Siemens as the core control, with analog quantity modules for weight collection. It uses an integrated embedded touch screen to achieve functions such as status display, input of set values, and monitoring of the operation process. To meet the filling requirements of different specifications, this system has two working modes: automatic and manual. Secondly, in the filling system, the filling parameters can be set manually. Parameter Settings include: setting the weight of the filling container (i.e., tare weight), and setting the filling weight (i.e., net filling volume).
