The filling scale adopts a weighing system for monitoring. The interface design controls the rotation angle of the stepper motor to regulate the filling feed volume of the servo mechanism. The circular pulse distributor distributes the control pulses output by the programmable controller to the corresponding windings in accordance with the energization sequence of the stepper motor. Using PLC to control the stepper motor, the pulse distribution can be realized through software for filling, capping, boxing, palletizing, weighing equipment, and corresponding conveyance.

The circular pulse distributor distributes the control pulses output by the programmable controller to the corresponding windings according to the energization sequence of the stepper motor. Using PLC, the pulse distribution of the stepper motor can be realized through software for filling, sealing, boxing, palletizing, weighing equipment, and corresponding conveyors.
The Electronic scale weighs the goods based on the working principle of electronic scales to control the filling volume. The materials flow into (or are supplied by a pump for transportation) the containers to be filled. Through the dual pipelines of coarse and fine, fast and slow filling is achieved, and the filling flow can be adjusted. At the beginning of filling, both pipelines are opened simultaneously. When the filling reaches the preset fast-filling quantity, the coarse pipeline is closed, and the fine pipeline continues to fill slowly until the set total filling volume is reached.
The filling scale adopts configuration software for the design of the monitoring interface, which can quickly construct and generate the upper computer monitoring system. Through data acquisition and processing on-site, it displays animations, handles alarms, and performs process control in various ways such as real-time curves, historical curves, and report output. The Filling system displays the current filling quality and the number of filled barrels in real time on the screen. On the upper computer, corresponding operations can be performed, and the filling mode, start, stop, and other button operations can be selected and operated through the interface. It can change the filling quality, the number of barrels, and manually remove the skin weight (i.e., the weight of the filling barrel) when using different filling barrels.
