The tank liquid scale is a filling equipment for automatically weighing and packaging liquid materials. It adopts a high-precision all-electronic weight detection method for weighing and measurement to control the automatic quantitative filling and filling operation of the raw material barrels. The filling scale is divided into two filling program control methods: liquid level type and liquid sub-surface type. Raw materials without foaming are filled using the liquid level type filling method, while raw materials with foaming are filled using the liquid sub-surface type filling program control. This ensures that the feed inlet remains below the liquid surface and rises with the liquid level, preventing the generation of air bubbles and the overflow of the raw materials, and accelerating the filling speed. The spray gun structure can be divided into two types: high viscosity type and FB low viscosity type. The unique clamp-type connection structure is easy to disassemble and clean, and can be used respectively for various materials with different viscosities. The Filling machine is mainly composed of spray gun device, system controller, all-Electronic scale platform, mechanical components, conveying roller track, etc. It has a compact and reasonable structure, stable and reliable operation, and simple installation and operation. The quantitative weighing scale adopts rotary filling technology. It is structured with a transmission system, Weighing system, frame part and counting system. Mainly, the sprocket mechanism is used to achieve this, while the rest consists of the transmission part, filling part and counting part. The working shaft and the driving shaft are alternately reversed through bevel gears. The plunger of the filling valve is connected to the main shaft, thus enabling the coordinated operation of the main shaft rotation, precise positioning of the worktable, quantitative filling and cap pressing simultaneously. The motor provides power which is transmitted via belts to the worm gear. After two-stage reduction, it is then transmitted to the main shaft. At this point, the rotational speed reaches the required level. The main shaft distributes the power to the sprocket part and the filling part, so that each time the main shaft rotates once, the rotating worktable performs one positioning, the filling valve opens and closes simultaneously to complete one quantitative filling, and the filled product slides down. Thus, the filling and transportation task of the product is accomplished.
