Sink-type filling scale

The pit-type filling scale uses an air cylinder to drive a piston to draw and discharge the material. The material flow is controlled by a one-way valve. The stroke of the air cylinder is adjusted by a magnetic reed switch to regulate the filling volume. The electronic scale is connected to the weighing instrument via a data line. During the filling process, the pressure signal from the electronic scale is continuously transmitted to the weighing instrument. When the preset quantitative weight is reached, the instrument controls to stop the pump and close the pneumatic valve.

The filling scale ensures the filling accuracy by controlling the weight of the filled material. The measurement is set by the Electronic scale platform under the control of the PLC program. During filling, the tare weight is removed first. When the material is injected into the container, a large amount of material is fed quickly first, followed by a slow and small amount of correction for the measurement. The operator only needs to place the container on the platform, with the opening facing the discharge port. At this point, the program starts, the discharge port descends, and the filling valve is opened to feed the material. When the set quantity is reached, the feeding stops, the discharge port rises, and the filling process is completed. This is a fully automated, real-time, and high-precision control device for feeding, weighing, and packaging with a certain scientific ratio. The material bucket on the electronic scale receives both the signal and the digital quantity signal of the discharge gun's switch and valve from the PLC control system. Through the rotor pump conveyor, the discharge gun's opening is controlled to start feeding. The feeding stops when the target quantity is reached and the valve is closed. The bucket's target weight is received by the control system, and the valve is closed. The weight of the scale is collected and recorded as the real-time weight. Then, the system calculates and saves, displays, and uploads the net weight. When the control system receives the filling completion signal, it starts the algorithm. The collected data is stored in the PLC system-defined array. When the next cycle arrives, the data is compared with the first value in the array. If it is within the defined threshold, the insertion sort algorithm is run to store the value in the array.

When the container is fed in, the electric roller of the scale body also operates simultaneously. The photoelectric switch on the electronic scale detects the signal from the passing container and controls the motor to stop when the container reaches the filling position. The PLC controls the electric roller to stop and automatically reset the weight. The filling valve is driven by a stepper motor to descend to the lower limit position. The limit switch sends a signal, and the PLC controls the filling valve to fully open for filling. When the preset value is reached, the solenoid valve acts, and the filling valve is semi-opened for filling. While filling, the stepper motor drives the filling valve to rise at a pre-set speed through the screw rod. When the filling requirements are met, the filling valve closes, and the limit switch stops and sends a signal. The PLC simultaneously controls the motor and the scale body's electric roller to operate simultaneously, and the container is output. Then the container is placed on the electronic scale platform, the bucket mouth is aligned with the filling nozzle, and at this point, the program starts. The filling nozzle automatically descends, opens the filling valve to admit material, and stops filling when the preset quantity is reached. The filling nozzle rises and completes the filling process.
