Initially, both the rough flow and fine flow signals are ON, and the feeding door is fully open, allowing the material to enter the weighing bucket; when the weight of the material in the weighing bucket reaches the preset value of the rough flow, the rough flow signal changes from ON to OFF, while the fine flow signal remains ON. At this point, the feeding door is slightly closed to the fine flow port for fine feeding; when the weight of the material in the weighing bucket reaches the preset value of the fine flow, the fine flow signal changes from ON to OFF, and the feeding door is completely closed. The weighing controller also gives a completion signal.

When the position detection device of the Liquid filling machine detects the arrival detection signal of the filling bucket before filling, the conveyor belt stops, and the motor of the main shaft lifting mechanism lowers the rotating main shaft of the bucket to the designated position. Then, the bucket-lifting clamping mechanism clamps the filling bucket and raises it to the designated position. When the rotating main shaft lowers to the designated position, the bucket-lifting clamping mechanism releases the filling bucket and brings it to the designated position. Quality detection is then performed, and the input signal of the measured weight of the filling bucket is output. Next, the bucket-lifting clamping mechanism clamps the filling bucket, and the rotating main shaft rotates upward. The filling bucket is then transferred to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt stops, the rotating main shaft lowers to the designated position, the bucket-lifting clamping mechanism releases the filling bucket, and the rotating main shaft rises. The conveyor belt starts, completing one quality detection action before filling and repeating this process.
