The filling scale is composed of filling, sealing, boxing, palletizing, weighing equipment, as well as corresponding conveyor belts, along with automatic control and automatic adjustment systems. The screw bucket separator separates the buckets and sends them to the fixed scale platform under the rotating oil tank's injection nozzle. Quantitative filling involves symmetrically configuring the piston cylinder around the rotating oil tank. Each piston is connected to an axle through a connecting rod and slides along an inclined circular trajectory. The first 180 degrees of the inclined circular motion causes the piston to rise, and the last 180 degrees causes it to descend. When the piston rises, the material is controlled by the valve to be drawn into the piston cylinder from the upper oil tank. When the valve connecting the piston cylinder and the injection nozzle is opened, the material is injected into the lower bucket. 

The filling scale is a high-tech product integrating mechanical, electrical, optical, liquid and gas technologies. It consists of three individual machines: a cleaning machine, a drying sterilization machine and a filling and capping machine. The cleaning machine cleans the inner and outer walls of the oral liquid bottles, the drying sterilization machine dries and sterilizes the oral liquid bottles, and the filling and capping machine fills the medicine and caps the bottles. The Electronic scale collects and processes various data and exchanges it with the server to achieve data sharing. Through computer technology, network technology, database management system and software technology, the filling data and monitoring information are centrally processed, making its daily work such as receiving, dispatching, and transfer procedures more standardized, institutionalized and regulated.
