The Filling system can adjust the filling amount by changing the speed of the frequency converter gear, and the pulse signal of the weighing controller can dispense liquid to the filling container through the filling valve, control the switch of the solenoid valve, drive the executive lever to open or close the conical valve core in the filling valve, and realize the intermittent opening and closing of the liquid circuit, showing the whole filling control process of the weighing filling system.
The automatic filling machine is composed of stepper motor, gear pump filling head, conveyor belt and electrical control box. The electrical part mainly includes stepper motor drive power supply, positioning solenoid valve, counter, cylinder filling head, conveying motor and corresponding control circuit. The filling mechanism is connected with the drive shaft of the ruler wheel pump through the output shaft of the stepper motor installed by variable speed reduction. The stepper motor can be used as the power source of filling liquid, and the speed of the gear pump can be accurately controlled by controlling the number of steps of the stepper motor, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement.
