The automatic filling machine of the weighing filling conveying station adopts PLC control, which can adjust the whole filling machine or fine-tune the single head, so that the master can automatically stop and alarm without filling, missing barrels and blocking barrels. It is mainly composed of explosion-proof device, electronic control system, photoelectric detection, weighing device, filling device and so on.

It can adjust the entire Filling machine or make fine adjustments to each head, ensuring that no barrels are filled without permission, and if there are any missing barrels or blocked barrels, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm. It mainly consists of explosion-proof devices, electrical control systems, photoelectric detection, weighing devices, and filling devices. The electrical control part is composed of a PLC programmable logic controller, which collects real-time input signals of analog quantities to monitor the filling quality, and outputs switch quantities to control the actions of pumps and solenoid valves. The PLC system has two working modes. The current filling quality, the number of filled barrels, and other on-site working conditions can be displayed in real time on the screen. Corresponding operations can be performed on the upper computer through the interface. The filling mode, start, stop, and other button operations can be operated through the interface. The filling quality, the number of barrels, and the skin weight (i.e., the filling bottle's weight) can be manually removed when using different filling barrels.
The Electronic scale uses the solenoid valve and the motor as the controlled objects. The solenoid valve and the motor are controlled by MCGS. The weighing module installed beside the conveyor belt is used to measure the number of buckets in real time. At the same time, the number of buckets collected by the weighing module is sent back to the control system for analysis and display. If the number of buckets displayed within the specified time exceeds the standard number, it indicates that the bucket flow rate is too high, and the motor speed needs to be adjusted to reduce its speed; if the number of buckets displayed within the specified time is lower than the standard number, it means that the bucket flow rate is too low, and the motor speed needs to be adjusted to increase its speed; if the number of buckets is lower than the minimum value within the specified time, an alarm will be issued, indicating that the bucket flow rate is too low; conversely, if the number of buckets is higher than the maximum value within the specified time, an alarm will also be issued, indicating that the bucket flow rate is too high. The entire device collects the number of buckets using the weighing module, and the MCGS configuration software controls and displays the number of buckets, starts and cuts off the power supply.
