The PLC receives commands and data sent by the upper computer, controls the start and stop, as well as the speed of the vibration motor through the frequency converter, detects and controls other switch quantities in the system, collects the weight signals of each material in real time and compares them with the given signals to determine the next control scheme, and simultaneously transmits the weight signals to the upper computer.
