Weighing and filling machine is composed of S7-200PLC, weighing instrument ICS241 and filling solenoid valve. PLC uses RS232C communication port to connect with weighing instrument, collect and process weight data through communication, and send peeling signal to peel the instrument. In the quantitative filling mode, PLC as the master receives the data from the weighing instrument, and sends out a series of signals to control the filling machine after processing the data, so that the filling machine can complete the quantitative filling. PLC communicates with weighing instrument through RS232C, and there is no protocol communication between them. The serial communication parameters of PLC and weighing instrument should be consistent. The weighing instrument continuously sends data to the outside through the RS232C port, and the weighing instrument continuously sends data to the outside to ensure that the data of the serial port is synchronized with the data of the instrument.
