The main control of the filling system is the switching control, except for a feeding motor, the other actions are completed by the cylinder, but the whole system is controlled by PLC. The internal cylinder opens the feed door (in the case of sufficient material), and the external servo motor drives the feed screw rod in the fast gear under PLC control. When the weighing module does not reach the set fast weight, the system continues to fast feed; When the weight of the material reaches the set value of the weighing sensor fast loading, the sensor gives PLC a fast loading end signal, and the PLC controls the output frequency of the inverter to change the speed of the servo motor to slow loading. When the weight of the material reaches the slow loading of the weighing sensor, the sensor gives PLC a slow loading end signal, the plug board closes and the control motor stops.
